Debt Recovery

For small or bulk debts. Initial 7 day letter pursuing the debt, consideration of either issuing court proceedings or statutory demand leading to an application for a winding up order. Claiming of interest and compensation and reasonable costs, as appropriate, pursuant to Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988, Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 1002 and 2013.
