Part Time Accounts Assistant/Archivist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and busy accounts department working with and supporting our Legal Cashier whilst also being responsible for the archiving of client files.


Responsibilities: 


  • Process client and office accounting transactions.
  • Undertake banking functions.
  • Organising, cataloguing and retrieving documents and files


Assessing the importance of documents to determine how long they need to be retained

  • About You:
    • You will be flexible and motivated
    • Enjoy working within an Accounts environment but be able to switch to Archiving
    • Put client care first
    • Excellent  IT skills
    •  Strong attention to detail
